When you are happy and positive you tend to have less worries or fear of what may be ahead and your overall mood towards your goal is elated.

When you look at a situation, pick what seems like a ray of hope and focus your mind on it.
This means that, when you set big goals for the year, fear and doubt may set in sometimes, because you may not have adequate resources; both human and capital to measure with the size of the goal you must have set but learn to keep the focus on the positive and start taking the little steps that you can at a time.
